About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Professional specializing in Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle payroll support, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in performance management and grievance handling
- Coordinate training & development programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in HR roles
